Copyright / DMCA Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

Levr respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the people who use the Service to do the same. This page names our designated copyright agent and explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright.

1. Designated copyright agent

Levr Analytics LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement, and has registered that agent with the United States Copyright Office as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2):

Copyright Agent, Levr Analytics LLC, 115 Mabry Rd., Jackson, GA 30233. Email: dmca@getlevr.io. Phone: 678-614-1940.

Please use this contact only for copyright notices under the DMCA. Support questions, billing questions, and every other inquiry should go to support@getlevr.io, and will not receive a response if sent to the copyright agent.

2. Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe material available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to the designated agent above. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — a direct URL or report link is the most useful;
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. What happens after we receive a notice

If we receive a notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will remove or disable access to the material within a reasonable time, make a good faith effort to notify the account holder who provided it, and give that person a copy of the notice. A notice that is missing required elements may not be effective, and we may ask you to supply what is missing before we act.

4. Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the designated agent above. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed, and the location where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

5. Restoration of removed material

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the person who submitted the original notice. Unless that person notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.

6. Repeat infringers

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we have adopted and will reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also suspend or terminate an account at any time for infringing conduct, whether or not that conduct is repeated.

7. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please consider whether the use you are reporting may be a fair use before submitting a notice, and consult an attorney if you are unsure of your rights.

8. Third-party listing data

Some content shown in the Service is licensed listing data supplied by a multiple listing service or other data provider, and is displayed with the attribution and copyright notice that provider requires. If your concern relates to that licensed listing data rather than to material an account holder uploaded, contacting the originating MLS or listing broker directly will usually resolve it faster. You are still welcome to send us a notice, and we will act on it as described above.
