Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Levr Analytics LLC ("Levr", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Levr application and website (the "Service"). It applies to the agents who use Levr and, where noted, to people whose information an agent enters or shares through the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, password, and the professional details you provide, such as license number, license state, and brokerage.
• Report data: the subject property details, comparable sales, and adjustments you enter to generate reports.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, our payment processor collects your billing details. We receive a customer identifier and subscription status, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Recipient information: if you email a report or share a report link, we process the recipient's email address to deliver it.
• Usage and device data: log information such as IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and secure it.
• Advertising and analytics data: on our public marketing pages only (the home page, sign-up, FAQ and our video page), the Meta pixel and Google Analytics collect browser and device information, the pages you view, and identifiers stored in cookies. We also record the advertising campaign or link (its UTM tags) that first brought you to Levr and keep it with your account.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and generate your reports;
• Process subscriptions and payments;
• Send transactional and account-related messages, including report delivery and service notices;
• Provide support and respond to your requests;
• Measure which of our ads work and show our ads to people who have visited our public pages;
• Protect the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:

• Payment processing (Stripe) to manage subscriptions and billing;
• Database, authentication, and storage (Supabase) to store and secure your data;
• Application hosting (Vercel) to serve the Service and process requests to it;
• Statistical analysis (Railway) to run our regression engine on the property and comparable-sales data in your reports;
• Email delivery (Resend) to send report and account emails;
• Advertising measurement (Meta): when you visit our public pages, and when you create an account, start a trial or make your first payment, we send Meta the event along with a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address, your IP address and browser type, and the identifiers in Meta's cookies, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Some state laws treat this as "sharing" personal information for advertising;
• Analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our public pages.

5. What never leaves Levr for advertising

Advertising and analytics tracking never runs inside the Levr app, on reports, or on report links you share with clients. Report data, property details, comparable sales, and anything about your clients are never sent to Meta or Google.

6. Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Levr, our users, or others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can delete reports at any time, and you can request deletion of your account.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You can review and update your profile information in your account settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you can contact us to request access to or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Note that we send service-related messages that you cannot opt out of while you have an active account.

You can turn off advertising and analytics tracking for your browser on the "Your privacy choices" page linked in our site footer (getlevr.io/privacy-choices). We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out, automatically. When you have opted out, we do not load the Meta pixel or Google Analytics, and we do not send Meta your sign-up, trial or payment events.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. On our public marketing pages only, we also use advertising and analytics cookies set by Meta and Google, and a Levr cookie that remembers the campaign that brought you to us (kept for 90 days). We do not show third-party advertising in the Service.

11. Children

The Service is intended for licensed professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
