This Privacy Policy explains how Levr LLC ("Levr", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Levr application and website (the "Service"). It applies to the agents who use Levr and, where noted, to people whose information an agent enters or shares through the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, password, and the professional details you provide, such as license number, license state, and brokerage.
• Report data: the subject property details, comparable sales, and adjustments you enter to generate reports.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, our payment processor collects your billing details. We receive a customer identifier and subscription status, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Recipient information: if you email a report or share a report link, we process the recipient's email address to deliver it.
• Usage and device data: log information such as IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and secure it.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and generate your reports;
• Process subscriptions and payments;
• Send transactional and account-related messages, including report delivery and service notices;
• Provide support and respond to your requests;
• Protect the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:

• Payment processing (Stripe) to manage subscriptions and billing;
• Database, authentication, and hosting (Supabase) to store and secure your data;
• Property data (ATTOM) to retrieve public records and automated valuation references for the addresses you analyze;
• Email delivery (Resend) to send report and account emails.

5. Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Levr, our users, or others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can delete reports at any time, and you can request deletion of your account.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can review and update your profile information in your account settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you can contact us to request access to or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Note that we send service-related messages that you cannot opt out of while you have an active account.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use the Service to serve third-party advertising.

10. Children

The Service is intended for licensed professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
